More criteria

In 2007, Hotels-Chalets de Tradition has established a quality approach with the support of the society "Tourism and Quality".

We are the smallest voluntary groups of independants hotels to establish such an action to improve the quality of services offered to customers.

Each hotel is visited at least once every two years. The grid quality group contains more than 500 criteria.

These are the quality criteria to which every hotel should strive to give more comfort and introduce more professionalism to its customers. Our hotel can be found behind its values. This is the trademark "Hotels-Chalets de Tradition."

Master restaurateur

A pinch of tradition and a teaspoonful of passion laced with elegance - the food served by Hôtels-Chalets de Tradition is sure to leave you with lingering memories.

Awarded by the French government to professionals in the traditional restaurant trade, the highly prized title of «master restaurateur» recognises the excellence of these restaurant owners and chefs by promoting their expertise and commitment to quality.

The master restaurateurs, graduates of hotel schools and trained by top-name chefs, are committed to working with produce local to their region.
